Special Educational Needs Inclusion Fund (SENIF)

SENIF is a financial contribution to settings to help support children with lower levels or emerging levels of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

Early Years Providers should make reference to the East Sussex County Council’s SEN Matrix: SEN Matrix | Czone (eastsussex.gov.uk). The Special Educational Needs Matrix is a framework to provide a shared understanding on how to identify and meet special educational needs (SEN).
