Support Available

Early Help Keywork Level 2 (EHKW L2) Services

• Parenting support sessions on school readiness, available both online and in Family Hubs.
• Transition sessions for families in the community to ease the move into early education.
• Summer holiday programmes, including the Holiday Activity and Food (HAF) programme, to build social and emotional readiness.

Educational Psychology Service (EPS)

The Educational Psychology Service can offer:

• Consultation meetings to address transition challenges at group or individual levels.
• Use of person-centred planning tools like PATH and MAPs to support young children.
• Video Interaction Guidance to help staff understand and support early transitions.
