Early Help Keywork Level 2 (EHKW L2) Services
- Parenting support sessions on school readiness, available both online and in Family Hubs.
- Transition sessions for families in the community to ease the move into early education.
- Summer holiday programmes, including the Holiday Activity and Food (HAF) programme, to build social and emotional readiness.
Educational Psychology Service (EPS)
The Educational Psychology Service can offer:
- Consultation meetings to address transition challenges at group or individual levels.
- Use of person-centred planning tools like PATH and MAPs to support young children.
- Video Interaction Guidance to help staff understand and support early transitions.
