Mental health and emotional wellbeing (MHEW) training

The Mental Health in Education team work with a range of services to provide training, events and workshops across the year.

You can attend safeguarding courses, including:

  • Multi-agency safeguarding training

Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) network meetings

DSL network meetings are an important part of your professional development. They keep you updated about any changes so you can share good practice with colleagues. 

The DSL network schedule will be published when it is finalised.

Network meetings for new DSLs

We also run smaller network meetings on demand for newly qualified DSLs to discuss and ask questions.
