For 2025 the Council will manage the Key Stage 4 GCSE data collection from schools and academies.

School results contact

By 4th of July 2025 please provide contact information for member of staff who can discuss your results. This will likely be your Examinations Officer. Please provide-

  • Email address
  • Telephone number (mobile preferred)

Submitting your data on results day

Please complete the proforma below with your school headline data. This must be completed and emailed to CS.DataManagement@eastsussex.gov.uk by 10am on 21 August 2025.

A summary report containing school and Council data will be sent out as near to results day as possible.

We understand that the results provided will be provisional due to appeals awaiting final decisions.

In accordance with the DfE performance tables, we will be collecting first entry only.
