For 2026 the local authority will manage the Key Stage 4 Early Reporting & GCSE data collection from schools and academies.

By 03 July 2026, please provide contact information for member of staff who can discuss your results. This will likely be your Examinations Officer. Please provide-

Submitting your Proforma data by 10am on results day
Please complete the proforma below with your school headline data. The deadline is for this to be emailed to CS.DataManagement@eastsussex.gov.uk on 20 August 2026, by 10am.

A summary report containing school and local authority data will be sent out as near to results day as possible.
We understand that the results provided will be provisional due to appeals awaiting final decisions.
In accordance with the DfE performance tables, we will be collecting first entry only.
Submitting your Early Reporting (Exam Board File) data on results day
The Secondary Board have requested Data Services for Schools to add the 2026 Key Stage 4 Early Results (Exam Board Files) data collection.
Please send all Key Stage 4 examination board results files (EDI files) that you receive from the examination bodies to the local authority securely by AnyComms+ into the ‘DRIM’ folder. We are requesting these examination board files by the end of the working day on 20 August 2026, so that we can provide timely reports back to schools.
