Request a consultation
Call the advice line to request a consultation. We’ll ask for some details and we can arrange a consultation appointment with a senior keyworker.
You can expect:
- a focused, reflective conversation about the family’s needs
- support with writing assessments, setting targets and linking to other services
- help to identify whether you need a TAF Coordinator.
All discussions are recorded and stored securely on Liquid Logic (EHM).
Before you arrange a consultation, the family must agree. If agreement isn’t possible, you must assess whether statutory duties justify proceeding without it.
