4. Unique Learner Numbers
All pupils over 13 attending a maintained school should have a Unique Learner Number (ULN).
ULNs are issued by the Learning Record Service. You can download them to add to SIMS via the s2s website.
Each ULN always has 10 digits. For more information see the Learning Record Service website.
