DfE Guidance on temporary changes: attendance recording for educational settings whilst closed due to the coronavirus

We have put together key information and resources for schools to help maintain provision during the COVID-19 situation.

Access  key information and resources to support East Sussex schools during the pandemic,  including  SEND-specific information and links to the latest DfE guidance.

We are committed to ensuring that the services we provide to schools are of the highest quality and that we work collaboratively to secure the best outcomes for children and young people. We accept, however, that there may be times when the service we offer falls below the expectations of schools. Where this happens, it is important that concerns are identified quickly and passed on to the relevant service area to address.

In the first instance please check that you have raised your concern with the relevant service so it can be responded to as soon as possible.
However it is appreciated there may be times when it might be unclear who to direct concerns to, or you may have discussed the concern with the service and an issue still persists.

In these cases, please complete the ISEND Raise a Concern form and submit in a timely fashion so that we can investigate the concern as soon as possible. We commit to investigating all concerns that are raised and responding directly to the person raising them.

Please return your completed form to ISENDProjects@eastsussex.gov.uk
