DfE Guidance on temporary changes: attendance recording for educational settings whilst closed due to the coronavirus
We have put together key information and resources for schools to help maintain provision during the COVID-19 situation.
The East Sussex Governor's Forum (ESGF) are a group of 12 governors who are elected from the East Sussex governor community. They serve a tenure of 4 years.
What does the ESGF do?
The role of the ESGF is to:
- Facilitate communication between the local authority, the ESGF and governors in East Sussex schools for the purpose of consultation on key issues and to provide a channel of communication.
- Provide a vehicle for seeking and expressing the collective views of governors through governing bodies, and make appropriate representations to the National Governors’ Association, East Sussex County Council and other relevant bodies.
- Foster good practice and networking among East Sussex governing bodies and exchange ideas within the County.
